Q. I just completed an online inquiry. Now what?

A. Within a few hours of your reservation submission, you will receive an email confirmation from us. This will include an estimated costs based on the pick-up and destination information provided.

Q. How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

A. We encourage our customers to make reservations as early as possible. We can accommodate late reservations will endeaver to fulfil your request if possible.

Q. What if I need to change the time or location of pick-up/delivery or cancel my reservation?

A. If you decide to change the time or location of your reservation or cancel your reservation, please give us a call at the day before. If you cancel your reservation, there will be an administration fee for you to pay, we will contact you of this amount before we make any invoices.

Q. What are your hours of operation?

A. We have driver service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Simply call us or use our form on the contact page for more information.

Q. How far will you transport?

A. While most of our transportation is U.K. based, we can also arrange to your destination upon request.

Q. Will you make multiple destination trips?

A. We can offer multiple destination transportation.

Q. Are the goods insured?

A. Yes all goods in our vehicles and at our depot is fully insured

Q. Are your drivers qualified?

A. All of our drivers are required to have the necessary qualifications and experience for the transportation. We carry out an extensive background and driving-record checks before they join our team. We will fully train all new drivers to meet our very high quality standards.
